Service

At Medicolle, medical service is a high priority. We are constantly trained by our suppliers.

We provide our customers with fast and competent technical service through our own staff, through our partners and through our clients.

Medicolle is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, using www.FOCALCUBE.se  as our supporting IT system, where we can track your devices, upgrades, support and tickets etc.

ENGLISH

Please enter:

  • Contact name, phone, email
  • Device (Name/type)
  • Serial number
  • Describe the issue as detailed as possible, attach pictures of error messages etc. Please include this when shipping a product to us for service too.
  • A Ticket  Number will be assigned to the case in the form of TIC NNNN e.g. TIC00241. You should get this by mail. Ask us if this is missing.
  • Transportation terms: any product handled directly by us (by our staff e.g. on site visit) or indirectly (our choice of transporter, booked by us) is our responsibility (Theft, loss, fire, damage besides the service needed). If a customer uses their own transportation of choice, the responsibility is on the customer until Medicolle has received and signed the shipment. Once handled by us, the responsibility is on us.
  • Backup and Patient data: The customer is responsible for backing up the data and removing all patient data from a device sent to us (if applicable).

Vänligen ange:

  • Kontaktens namn, telefon, e-post
  • Enhet (namn/typ)
  • Serienummer
  • Beskriv problemet så detaljerat som möjligt, bifoga bilder på felmeddelanden etc. Inkludera även detta när du skickar en produkt till oss för service.
  • Ett ärendenummer kommer att tilldelas ärendet i form av TIC NNNN, t.ex. TIC00241. Du ska få detta per e-post. Fråga oss om du saknar det.
  • Transportvillkor: alla produkter som hanteras av oss direkt (av vår personal, t.ex. vid platsbesök) eller indirekt (vårt val av transportör, bokad av oss) är vårt ansvar (stöld, förlust, brand, skada utöver den service som behövs). Om en kund använder sitt eget val av transport, är ansvaret på kunden tills Medicolle har mottagit och signerat försändelsen. När det har hanterats av oss är ansvaret på oss.
  • Säkerhetskopiering och patientdata: Kunden är ansvarig för att säkerhetskopiera data och ta bort all patientdata från en enhet som skickas till oss (om tillämpligt).
